In less than two months, the Maryland Vaccine Hunters Facebook group has amassed over 69,000 members and that number keeps growing. The 100% volunteer-led group has been instrumental in helping eligible Marylanders secure COVID-19 vaccines.
Elliot Hazzard, a 2017 University of Maryland alumnus, is responsible for creating the group.
He joins us from his home in Mt. Airy, Maryland.
